Connect and manage integrations

Integrations extend Winly with scheduling and text-to-speech capabilities.

Integration availability varies by account. If a provider is visible but does not retain its connected state, ask Winly Support to confirm that it is enabled for your account.

Understand integration statuses

Status Meaning
Not Connected Winly does not have the provider credential required by the integration
Pending Authorization succeeded, but a required selection is incomplete
Connected The provider credential and any required selection are available and ready

Connect Calendly

  1. Open Settings → Integrations.
  2. Select Calendly.
  3. Select Connect Calendly.
  4. Allow the pop-up, sign in to the intended Calendly account, and approve access.
  5. Wait for the success window to close.
  6. Select the event type Winly should use.
  7. Select Save Event Type.
  8. Confirm the status changes from Pending to Connected.

Only event types returned by the connected Calendly account appear. The selected event type must have a valid location configured in Calendly; otherwise Winly cannot save the scheduling location used with it.

Connect GoHighLevel Calendar

The GoHighLevel card in Integrations configures calendar scheduling.

  1. Open Settings → Integrations.
  2. Select GoHighLevel.
  3. Select Connect GHL.
  4. Allow the pop-up, choose the intended GoHighLevel location, and approve access.
  5. Wait for the success window to close.
  6. Select the calendar Winly should use.
  7. Select Save Calendar.
  8. Confirm the status changes from Pending to Connected.

Winly lists active calendars returned for the connected location. Create or activate the calendar in GoHighLevel before refreshing Winly if the list is empty.

Configure OnceHub ScheduleOnce

OnceHub uses an API key instead of an authorization pop-up.

  1. Open Settings → Integrations.
  2. Select OnceHub (ScheduleOnce).
  3. Paste the OnceHub API key.
  4. Optionally enter a Default Booking Page ID and Default Event Type ID.
  5. Select Save Settings.
  6. Return to Integrations and confirm the OnceHub card shows Connected.

The page does not display the saved API key. When rotating a key, paste the new value and save it again.

Configure ElevenLabs text-to-speech

ElevenLabs provides generated audio for Winly text-to-speech features.

  1. Open Settings → Integrations.
  2. Select ElevenLabs under Voice.
  3. Paste an ElevenLabs API Key.
  4. Enter the Voice ID Winly should use.
  5. Review the available voice sliders.
  6. Select Save Settings.
  7. Confirm the integration status shows Connected.

The API key is required for the first save. After it is configured, the page shows a masked value and you can leave the API Key field empty to keep the current key.

To rotate the credential, enter a new API key and save. Leave the field blank when changing only the Voice ID or sliders. Test a short draft in an eligible Instagram conversation and review the generated audio before sending it. See Convert text to speech.

Change or remove an integration

Contact Winly Support when an integration needs to be removed completely.

Troubleshoot integrations

  • Calendly is Pending: Select and save an event type. If saving fails, confirm that the event type has a location.
  • GoHighLevel is Pending: Select and save an active calendar for the connected location.
  • A scheduling list is empty: Create or activate the item in the provider, then reload Integrations once.
  • OnceHub is not Connected: Re-enter the customer key without exposing it in screenshots and save once.
  • ElevenLabs generation fails: Confirm the key and Voice ID belong to the same account, then test a short sentence once.
  • A pop-up does not open: Allow pop-ups for Winly, close expired provider windows, and start again.
