Review agent activity
Last updated: July 23, 2026
The Agent Activity Chart compares recorded sent-message activity across the team. Use it to understand work volume, then review conversations when you need to evaluate quality or context.
Agent Activity is a separate navigation item from Reports. Its dates and grouping controls apply only to this chart.
Open Agent Activity
- Select Agent Activity Chart from the navigation.
- Review the selected Date Range. The default range is the current Monday-through-Sunday week.
- Open the date control and select the first and last day you want to include.
- Close the date control to apply the range.
- Decide whether to enable Group Messages by Contacts.
Both start and end dates are included.
Choose what each bar counts
| Group Messages by Contacts | Each teammate's value for a day | What it answers |
|---|---|---|
| Off | Number of recorded sent-message activities | How many messages did each teammate send |
| On | Number of unique contacts that teammate messaged | How many different contacts did each teammate work with |
With grouping enabled, five messages sent by the same teammate to the same contact on one day count as 1. If that teammate messages the same contact again on another day, the contact can count once on that later day too.
Changing the grouping option refreshes the report immediately.
Read the chart
| Chart element | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Horizontal axis | Each calendar day in the selected range |
| Vertical axis | Message count or unique-contact count, depending on the grouping option |
| Bar color and legend | The teammate represented by that series |
| Number above a bar | That teammate's exact value for the day |
| Hover details | Every teammate's value for the selected day and the combined total |
Dates without recorded activity remain in the range with a zero value. The chart includes users in the administrator, agent, and opener roles. Closer-only users are not included in this report.
Activity volume is not a measure of reply quality, conversion, or response speed. For timing, use Responses. For outcomes and revenue, use the Reports Dashboard.
If the chart is empty or a teammate is missing, follow Troubleshoot Reports before contacting Support.
