Review the Reports dashboard
Last updated: August 10, 2026
The Reports → Dashboard view brings together sales outcomes and funnel-stage activity for the account.
Goals and funnel stages — Set the team and agent goals, then choose the pipeline tags used by the funnel.
Response statistics — Review speed to lead, response time, daily trends, and team medians.
Agent activity — Compare sent-message activity by day or by unique contact.
Open the dashboard
Select Reports from the navigation.
Select the Dashboard tab.
Use the date control in the upper-right corner to choose a preset or a custom range and click on Update.
Confirm the dates beside the Dashboard heading before interpreting the results.
The date selection applies to Revenue, Sales Leaderboard, Funnel Pipeline, and Agent Funnel Breakdown. Dashboard values are assembled from stored daily reporting data, so the newest contact or goal change may not appear immediately.
Choose a Dashboard date range
Date option | Period selected |
|---|---|
Today | Today through the current time |
Week to Date | Start of the current week through the current time |
Month to Date | First day of the current month through the current time |
Quarter to Date | First day of the current quarter through the current time |
Year to Date | First day of the current year through the current time |
Yesterday | The complete previous day |
Last Week, Month, Quarter, or Year | The complete previous calendar period |
All Time | The earliest stored Dashboard report through the current time |
Custom Date | The inclusive start and end dates you select |
Funnel Pipeline automatically compares the selected period with an earlier range. Hover over a stage to review the previous value and its date range. For a custom range, check those dates carefully because the current comparison can contain one fewer day than the selected period.
Understand the dashboard cards
Area | What it shows |
|---|---|
Revenue | The company goal and the achieved goal so far for the time period |
Sales Leaderboard | Revenue credited to each listed agent and progress against the agent's goal for the selected days |
Funnel Pipeline | Current-period stage entries, comparison with the previous period |
Agent Funnel Breakdown | Stage-entry totals for each agent, plus a team total |
The current Dashboard reporting pipeline uses Instagram and Facebook contacts. It does not provide a channel selector. Use the same date range and scope when comparing these results with Agent Activity or Responses, because those reports use different source events and channel eligibility.
Revenue chart
The Revenue gauge combines three values:
Label or marker | Meaning |
|---|---|
Large dollar value | Revenue from contacts that entered Sales during the selected period |
End of the gauge | The company goal that applies to the month or months in the selected range |
Goal marker inside the gauge | The portion of the company goal allocated through the selected days |
Percentage below the gauge | Current revenue as a percentage of the displayed company goal |
Revenue comes from the amount saved in the contact's plan information when the contact is counted as a sale. If a contact enters Sales without an amount, the sale is counted in the funnel but contributes $0 to Revenue.
The Revenue chart is always team-wide. Selecting an agent in Funnel Pipeline does not change it.
Sales Leaderboard
The leaderboard contains one row for each agent with recorded revenue in the selected period.
Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
Agent | The teammate credited with the sale |
Value | Total plan revenue credited to the agent during the selected period |
Goal | Percentage above or below the agent goal allocated to the selected days |
Hover over the percentage in the Goal column to see the goal amount used by the comparison. A red downward percentage means the current value is below that goal. A green upward percentage means the value has met or exceeded it.
Funnel Pipeline
The funnel measures movement into stages during the selected period. It is not a snapshot of how many contacts currently hold each tag.
Funnel label | What it means |
|---|---|
Stage name | Assigned, a configured pipeline tag, or the fixed Sales stage |
Large number | Contacts recorded as entering that stage during the current period |
Up or down percentage | Change from the previous period shown in the chart tooltip |
Percentage pill below a stage | Current stage count divided by the current Assigned count |
Previous-period layer and tooltip | The earlier stage count and the dates used for comparison |
Assigned is based on new eligible contacts created during the period and grouped under their report owner. It does not count every manual owner change made during the period.
A contact can create activity in several stages. Stage counts therefore do not always decrease from left to right, and a displayed conversion can exceed 100% when stage activity and newly assigned contacts occurred in different periods.
To focus the Funnel Pipeline on one person, select their name from All Agents. The selector includes administrators, agents, openers, and closers. It changes only the Funnel Pipeline's current and previous values; Revenue, Sales Leaderboard, and Agent Funnel Breakdown remain team-wide.
Agent Funnel Breakdown
The breakdown uses the same current date range as the Dashboard and lists:
Select a column heading to sort by that stage. The table displays 10 rows per page; use its pagination controls when more agents have report activity.
Compare reports accurately
Use the displayed current and previous dates rather than assuming two tooltips cover the same number of calendar days.
Treat funnel numbers as stage-entry activity, not the current number of contacts in each stage.
Remember that Revenue needs both a Sales outcome and a plan amount.
Allow stored reporting data to update after changing a plan, stage, owner, or goal.
